About the Movie

Sivarapalli is a Telugu-language comedy-drama web series, a remake of the Hindi series Panchayat, directed by Bhaskhar Maurya. Set in the fictional village of Sivarapalli, Telangana, it follows Shyam, an engineering graduate from Hyderabad, who reluctantly takes up the role of Panchayat Secretary. While preparing for the GMAT to pursue his dream of moving to the USA, Shyam navigates the quirks of rural life, local politics, and humorous misadventures, forming unexpected bonds with the villagers.
